Our retiring dogs will come fully spayed and health checked, giving you peace of mind as you welcome them into your home. Lexy
Breed & Size: Lexy is a multigenerational Goldendoodle, with a stronger poodle lineage than golden retriever. She weighs 20 lbs and stands 15" tall, making her the perfect size for a variety of living spaces.
Temperament: Lexy is known for her gentle nature and gets along wonderfully with everyone, including cats, other dogs, and especially children. While she enjoys playtime, Lexy is more on the mellow side, preferring a calm and relaxed environment.
Affectionate Nature: Lexy is a loving companion, always eager for cuddles on the couch or snuggles in bed. She has a very patient demeanor and quietly waits for your attention when she needs something.
Diet Preferences: Though Lexy will eat kibble, she’s a bit of a picky eater. She prefers simple, home-cooked meals like rice, meat, carrots, or sweet potatoes. She also enjoys eggs, cottage cheese, and yogurt.
Grooming Needs: With her curly coat, regular grooming every 3-4 months is essential to maintain her appearance. Additionally, Lexy has the bonus of no shedding!
Car Rides: While she loves being with you, Lexy is not fond of car rides and may experience motion sickness on longer trips, especially rides over an hour long. However, she’s perfectly fine with shorter car rides. Lexy truly is an amazing companion, offering a perfect balance of playfulness and tranquility.
